Thing to Like No. 3: Multiple players stepped up to the occasion

Hunter Dickinson might be the most widely recognized name on the team, but performances from other players on the Puerto Rico trip showed that several Jayhawks are capable of being “the man.” Arterio Morris showed out in the opening match, while Dajuan Harris had an offensive explosion in the trip’s finale.

Everyone has played their role well thus far, and they seemingly know what is asked of them by Coach Self. Guys are playing their part extremely well for a team that is not even near the beginning of the season.

Kansas will need each of its players to show up in order to bring home another championship to Lawrence. Dickinson won’t be the team’s best player every game, and that is perfectly fine. When other KU players are down, other teammates will need to pick them up.
