Under Armour Association

While the Kansas staff spent most of their live period time at the EYBL event, the Under Armour Association also featured some Kansas targets in 2017 and 2018.

Recipient of a recent Kansas offer, 2018 KC Run GMC forward Bol Bol was reportedly impressive over the weekend. Bol Bol, the son of former NBA player Manute Bol, is a ridiculously long, near-7-foot forward with enormous talent.

"A line of eight points and five rebounds isn’t eye-popping, but 2018 five-star Bol Bolwas very impressive in KC Run GMC’s comeback win over Canada Elite. The skinny near 7-footer played with physicality, disrupted shots and used his length to make plays nobody else in the gym could make – particularly an offensive rebound where he seemed to reach all the way across the lane and over a player to flip the ball to himself for a jam. Bol picked up an offer from Kansas earlier in the week."

Bol is one of the top prospects in the 2018 class, and will almost certainly be a top priority for Kansas.

The other top prospect with Kansas interest at the Under Armour event was Trevon Duval. Duval was in our report on point guards and is arguably the top point guard prospect in any class, with his exceptional athleticism and feel for the game.

Later this week we should have up a look at what shooting guards and wings the Kansas staff is focusing on in the 2017 class. If you haven’t yet, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter below! It’s free!
