The 2025 NFL Draft wrapped up this weekend. While only Devin Neal and Bryce Cabeldue heard their names called, plenty of former Kansas football stars still found their way into the league.
These familiar faces are getting their shot at the pros, even though it took a little longer for them. Here are the postdraft landing spots for former Jayhawks.
Where every undrafted Kansas football player signed after the draft
One of the biggest snubs of the draft was cornerback Cobee Bryant, but the Atlanta Falcons gave him an opportunity. They signed him to a UDFA deal not long after the draft ended. He will be bringing that chip on his shoulder to the NFC South.
Mello Dotson, Bryant's running mate in the secondary, also got his shot. The all-time pick-6 leader at Kansas is heading to the Las Vegas Raiders. Additionally, linebacker JB Brown is heading to Denver to join the Broncos, and defensive end Jereme Robinson is off to the Windy City to suit up for the Chicago Bears.
On the offensive end, two key wide receivers are staying in the mix. The speedy Quentin Skinner is joining the New York Jets, while Luke Grimm is heading to the Los Angeles Chargers. Both spent their entire collegiate careers in Lawrence and now get a shot to prove they belong on Sundays.
Offensive lineman Logan Brown, one of the more surprising names left out of the draft, is joining the Minnesota Vikings as a UDFA. Meanwhile, a few other Jayhawks will get their chance through rookie minicamps. Defensive tackle Javier Derritt is joining the New York Giants for theirs, while Marvin Grant and Jared Casey will be right down the road with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Although fans expected a few more players to be selected on draft day, having so many Jayhawks find NFL homes shows just how far the program has come under Lance Leipold.
