Most Exciting Conference Game No. 1: Colorado vs. Kansas Football in 2024 (Lawrence, Kansas)

Despite being fresh off a one-win season, football has been brought back to life in Boulder. They hosted College GameDay against Colorado State and have been one of the most exciting teams in the NCAA.

Love him or hate him, Deion Sanders and Colorado are receiving more media attention than any other school in the country right now. He has made the program relevant again, and even with a cold stretch as of late, Deion is creating a brand new culture West of Lawrence.

Kansas and Colorado are two of the most feel-good stories in the sport this year, and when CU rejoins the conference they once played in next year, one of their first tests in conference play will be an old foe. Assuming Lance Leipold and Deion remain in their respective jobs, this could be a battle for the ages in front of a sold-out crowd in Lawrence.

This could become one of the best rivalries in the new-look Big 12, but unfortunately, Kansas won’t travel to Boulder until 2027.
