12. Charlie Moore: 1 season (35 games) – 13.1 MPG, 2.9 PPG, 1.0 RPG, 1.3 APG

This one hurts a little bit. After a very successful freshman season at Cal, Moore was in talks to be the starting point guard in his first year at KU. Those talks ended quickly after Moore just could not put it all together. Even on one of the worst KU teams this century, he played just 13 minutes a game and often did more harm than good when he was on the floor. Looking at his stats everywhere else he played, it must have just not been a good fit at KU for whatever reason. Unfortunately, he was one of the reasons the 2018-19 Jayhawks were the team that broke the Big 12 Championship streak.
