Wayne Simien, Forward (2002-2005)

From nearby Leavenworth, Wayne Simien stayed close to home playing for the Jayhawks. He was 2005 Big 12 Player of the Year and a consensus All-American. Simien received All-Big 12 First-Team honors in 2004 and 2005.

Simien averaged 20.3 points and 11 rebounds in the 2004-2005 season, averaging 15 points and 8.3 rebounds over his career.
