1. Andrew Parchment, Senior WR

Andrew Parchment is ready to explode in 2020. As a junior, he started in every game, led the Jayhawks in receiving yards with 831, and also totaled seven touchdowns, the second-most on the team. Parchment earned an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention, in addition to consideration for the Big 12 Offensive Newcomer of the Year in 2019.

Parchment had a career game against West Virginia where he recorded five receptions for 132 yards and two touchdowns. The performance earned Parchment the Big 12 Conference Newcomer of the Week Award.

Kansas is Parchment’s third school in his collegiate career. He began playing college football at Northern Illinois, transferred to Iowa Central Community College, and then ended up with the Jayhawks last season.

If Parchment can match his output from his junior season in 2020, he’d finish ninth all-time in receiving yards and tied for eighth all-time in receiving touchdowns for Kansas football. Both would be impressive feats given he only played two seasons for the Jayhawks.

He was one of the most underrated receivers in the conference last season. This year, look for Parchment to lead the Kansas football receiving corps and make a name for himself in the Big 12.
