It’s a big gameday Kansas basketball fans! The Jayhawks are set for a Big 12 battle today at high noon against #4 Baylor. Here’s the game time, odds, how to watch, and more.

This is a big one for Kansas basketball. The matchup today against Baylor will possibly help determine which team wins the Big 12 this season, along with which team receives a number one seed in March Madness.

Both teams are also coming off impressive road victories too, with Kansas taking down Iowa State and Baylor defeating a top 25 Texas Tech.

  • Full Preview: Five things to know about Baylor

When it comes to Baylor, Kansas basketball will have to focus on stopping Jared Butler, who’s been on a tear this season. The sophomore guard is averaging 16.3 points per game and shooting an impeccable 90.2% from the free throw line. He had an off game against the Red Raiders, but the Jayhawks shouldn’t count on two in a row.

Kansas also has defensive expert Marcus Garrett, who shut down NBA draft prospect Tyrese Haliburton last Wednesday against Iowa State. Garrett can guard anybody, and it wouldn’t be surprising if he was put on Butler.

If Kansas can replicate their offensive performance from Iowa State against Baylor, they should have no problems getting the win. The Jayhawks have been proving that they’re an elite defensive team this year, so getting the offensive variable to fall into place is the key for this squad.
