1. Kwamie Lassiter II, Senior WR

Kwamie Lassiter II saw an increased role in the 2019 season. He went from primarily a return man in his previous year with the Jayhawks to getting a lot more snaps at the receiver position after the third game of the season vs. Boston College.

In 2019 as a junior, Lassiter racked up 34 receptions for 352 yards and one touchdown, nearly double his output as a sophomore. With the loss of senior Daylon Charlot, Lassiter has a chance to move up a spot in the receiver ranks next season.

His biggest game of the season came in Kansas’ win over Texas Tech, where Lassiter caught eight passes for 75 yards.

Lassiter and two of his fellow seniors will lead the Kansas receiving corps in 2020. Seniors Andrew Parchment and Stephon Robinson will probably still be the Jayhawks’ top two receivers, but look for Lassiter to make plays and surpass his junior year stats fairly quickly next season.
