Kansas basketball fans can’t wait for the NBA Draft. As expected, news on Josh Jackson is exploding on social media.

It’s Christmas morning for a pair of Kansas basketball players. It’s the day that Josh Jackson and Frank Mason have dreamed of for years.

While all Kansas fans hope and expect the very best for Frank Mason, Josh Jackson is going to grab the early headlines.

He certainly is getting a lot of attention on social media. Whether you watch or pay attention to the NBA or not, the draft is exciting. All the moves, rumors, speculation and more make it fun.

Jackson rumors, moves, decisions, speculation and actual news are everywhere. Is his head spinning? Mine is spinning as I try to keep up.

He rejected a workout request by the Celtics, been an object of a possible pre-draft trade and signed a shoe contract. Most of that occurred in the past 24 hours.

It all makes it difficult for Kansas basketball fans to keep up.

I would like to see Jackson as the top draft pick. On the other hand, it doesn’t matter much. It won’t change how much money he will earn. It would look good for Kansas basketball to have the top NBA pick in 2014 (Andrew Wiggins) and again in 2017.

Bill Self is attending the draft. I’m sure he is just pleased that both Jackson and Frank Mason are bringing so much attention to Kansas basketball.
