The Senior Bowl recently announced its first-ever top 300 list, where over 2,000 prospects from all college football were combed through.

How well represented is the Senior Bowl List?

50% of the players selected in the top three rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft were Panini Senior Bowl participants.

Here is the breakdown of players on the 300-man list.

There were 86 schools represented in the list, with 109 players from the SEC, 68 from the Big 10, 53 from the ACC, with a Power Four low of 43 players coming from the Big 12. There were five schools with 10 or more players, including LSU (14), Alabama (13), Ole Miss (10), Oklahoma (10) and Penn State (10).

Yesterday, Kansas marked two names on that list, with offensive lineman Kobe Baynes and defensive lineman Dean Miller.

After transferring from Louisville Baynes got his first minutes in a Jayhawks uniform in 2022, where he saw three games. In 2023 as a redshirt sophomore Baynes played in 11 games with three starts. Yet, last season, was when Baynes made his big impact as he played in all 12 games at guard for Kansas as the Jayhawks allowed just 10 sacks and ran for 211.4 rushing yards per game.

Last season, Dean Miller was a Second Team All-Big 12 member. After transferring from Arkansas, Miller began his career in 2023 where he saw action in all 13 games for Kansas. Last season, Miller started all 12 games at defensive end. Miller compiled a career-high 6.0 sacks and 32 tackles to go along with 10.0 tackles-for-loss. Miller's 6.0 sacks were the sixth most in the Big 12 Conference

The first chance to catch Baynes and Miller is this Saturday as Kansas takes to the freshly revamped David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium as the Jayhawks are set to take on Mountain West side Fresno State as Kansas see a week zero matchup to kick off the season earlier than most others in the nation. Kickoff is set for 5:30 PM CT.
