Collegiate football has recently seen another sweeping change across the sport, as a couple of months ago, the installation of pre-game availability reports was established across the conference. The Big 12 did slightly lag behind the rest of the nation with the lack of these reports. As the Big 10 and the SEC did so over the last couple of seasons, before the ACC and Big 12 took the step this year. 

The statuses given to the players will be “available, probable, questionable, doubtful, or out.” Basketball programs will indicate if players are “available, game-time decision or out.”

These football reports are given out will be provided daily, three days in advance before a game, and one on gameday, 90 minutes before kickoff.

We have seen the first couple, and we reported on the first a few days ago. However, the time for bluffing has reached its apex, as now the last report for the week has been released. Here is our latest intel on the situation.

Kansas is set to take on a 2-1 West Virginia squad, which is fresh off the heels of an overtime win against Pitt in a thrilling 31-24 overtime win last weekend in the Backyard Brawl, which helped neutralize any doubt after a shocking loss to Ohio the week prior

As it stands, BetMGM lists Kansas as a 12.5-point favorite with the moneyline listed at -500 for the Jayhawks and a +375 for the Mountaineers.
