No. 3 - Frank Mason III, 76.1%, 2013-2017

Like Manning, Mason was also a National Player of the Year and a first-team All-American. Initially, he was lightly recruited and was slated to attend Towson, but then switched to Kansas. Like his running mate Ellis, he didn't start much as a freshman, yet still scored 191 points that first season.

He steadily improved over the years and would average 20.9 points a game his senior year. For his career, he scored 1,885 points, sixth all-time at Kansas. He averaged 3.4 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.1 steals throughout his career.

From the line, he connected on 482 of his 633 attempts, accounting for 25.5% of his total scoring output. Over his last two years at Kansas, he made 325 free throws out of an amazing 422 attempts. He completed 79.4% of his charity tosses in his final campaign.

Kansas won 116 games during his four seasons at Kansas and he started all 110 games after his freshman season. Unfortunately, the Jayhawks missed out on Final Fours during his time in Lawrence. Still, he will be remembered as one of the all-time Kansas greats, and maybe the best in the 21st century.
