No. 8: Wilt Chamberlain, 877 rebounds, 1956-1958
It can be hard to understand just how incredible Chamberlain's career was at Kansas until you realize he puts up the numbers he did in just two seasons, and in just 48 total games.
He scored 1,433 points, a mind-boggling 29.9 points per game average. Fans can only imagine the steals, assists, and blocks he may have had if those stats had been kept officially during his career.
His rebounding stats as incredible as his scoring totals. He recorded 877 rebounds in his 48 games, an incredible average of 18.3 a game. Of course, he went on to an all-time great career int he NBA, including a 100-point game. Regardless of how many games he played for the Jayhawks, and regardless of in what era he played, Chamberlain is one of the greatest players to ever grace the game of basketball.
