C Brandon Garrison - Oklahoma State

2023-24 Statistics: 32 G, 7.5 PPG, 5.3 RPG, 1.5 APG, 1.5 BPG, 57.2% FG

Garrison might be a familiar name for Jayhawk fans who follow the recruiting trail closely. The former McDonald's All-American was closely recruited by Coach Self before he committed to fellow Big 12 school Oklahoma State. He is now transferring from Mike Boynton and the Cowboys after they had a terrible season in 2023-24.

He is an extremely effective post player who can serve as the roll man in pick-and-roll plays. His shot blocking is an effective tool in his game, as well as his underrated passing — think of him as Ernest Udeh Jr. with much more finesse and craftiness.

Of all the players on this list, Garrison's name might be the one worth monitoring the most. He could take a backup role behind Dickinson, who could mentor him to be a terrific big man by year three.
