Hilton House of Horrors: Kansas Jayhawks player ratings from A to Z in loss at Iowa State
By Tony Zuzzio
Tier 2: Baby Jays
3. KJ Adams
KJ was in foul trouble most of the first half and had to sit, and was a nonfactor. The second half saw KJ be aggressive and have a nice half. KJ finished with 13 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two turnovers.
4. Kevin McCullar
Kevin just has not looked right to me in the last couple of games. He has appeared banged up and a step slower and tired. Kev is a gamer, however, and put his head down in the second half drew fouls, and made a couple of shots. Overall, he had a very poor shooting day going 5-for-18 from the field and 2-for-8 from three. Kev finished with 16 points, seven rebounds, three assists, one steal, and five turnovers.
5. Dajuan Harris
Dajuan had a decent day at the office. The problem is decent is not good enough. Dajuan needs to be more aggressive in attacking the basket and looking to score when in the lane. On a night when most of the other starters outside of Johnny struggled to shoot the ball, he had to step up and score the basketball. Juan finished with nine points seven assists, two rebounds, two steals, one block, and two turnovers.
