Power Forward

1. KJ Adams
2. Johnny Furphy
3. Zach Clemence

Adams announced he would return to the Jayhawks for a senior season this week. Although there have been questions about what his role will look like, there are no other players who would start at power forward unless KU ran a small ball lineup or added competition for him in the portal.

Kansas is looking to add another big forward or center to back up Adams and Dickinson, so Furphy's positioning on the depth chart should hold no weight. If you've forgotten about Zach Clemence — who redshirted in the 2023-24 season — he is still on the roster as a scholarship player. Coach Self might decide to keep him around if he cannot find big man depth in the portal.
