13. West Virginia Mountaineers (6-10, 1-2 Big 12)

76-73 win vs. Texas

West Virginia appeared to be at the bottom of the barrel in the Big 12 — which they probably still are — but they picked up a nice ranked win over Texas. The Mountaineers are a completely different team with Kerr Kriisa, RaeQuan Battle, and Noah Farrakhan. They might not be a tournament team, but they could upset a few schools at home.
