F Jevon Porter - Pepperdine

2023-24 Statistics: 21 G, 16.2 PPG, 5.9 RPG, 1.7 APG, 1.0 BPG, 42.5% FG, 1.3 3PM, 29.8% 3PT

You probably weren't expecting two Pepperdine players on this list, but either Ajayi or Porter could be fantastic additions to next year's roster. The 6-foot-11 forward took a step forward as a sophomore and is now searching for a new school to call home.

A strong passer for his size, Porter creates opportunities for his teammates and shoots the 3-ball well enough to where defenders have to respect him if he is open. He does most of his scoring around the rim, though he does not have much of a post-game yet. He is a naturally lengthy 4-man who could shift over to center in short spurts.

Porter has natural ties to the Midwest because he is the younger brother of former Missouri Tiger and current Denver Nugget Michael Porter Jr. While it would likely be frowned upon in the family if the Columbia native attended his brother's rival school, Porter fills a lot of the holes Kansas has and could immediately step into a significant role.
