The Kansas basketball team takes to the road again for another game in a hostile environment as KU (11-4, 1-1) plays West Virginia (10-5, 1-1). KU beat TCU in overtime on Tuesday in an incredible comeback at home, while the Mountaineers squeaked out a close one against Cincinnati.
Neither team will want to fall below .500 in the Big 12, and it is sure to be a loud and boisterous crowd. The Mountaineers' leading scorer is senior guard Honor Huff, who averages 17.1 points per game.
As of now, it looks as if Darryn Peterson will play and will be a load for West Virginia to try to contain. He played 32 minutes and scored 32 points against TCU.
