The Kansas football team and the college career of quarterback Jalon Daniels are down to their final game, unless they can find a way to upset the Utah Utes on Friday.
After beginning the season with a promising 4-2 start, including two Big 12 wins, the Jayhawks have stumbled since, losing four of the last five games.
Utah won a shootout on Saturday, beating Kansas State, 51-47. That is the fourth consecutive game the Utes have scored 45 or more points. They’ve been held to less than 43 points just three times this season. This does not bode well for a KU defense that has struggled in conference play.
