The Kansas basketball team will attempt to get back on track against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi after a brutal second-half showing at North Carolina on Friday. The Jayhawks were manhandled by the Tar Heels both on the interior and the perimeter.

KU needs to work on its interior defense and find more offense beyond Darryn Peterson. Bryson Tiller showed he was capable of hitting shots beyond the arc, but struggled to stay on the court due to foul trouble.

Kansas has a couple of games to clean these things up before meeting Duke in 10 days. The Islanders present the Jayhawks with their first chance to erase the memory of a poor showing against the Tar Heels.
