Flory Bidunga: A-

2024-25 Stats: 9.0 PPG, 5.3 RPG, 0.0 APG, 0.5 SPG, 1.3 BPG, 80.0% FG, 50.0% FT

Bidunga has exceeded expectations as a young freshman. His energy is electric and the defensive tools are evident. Coach Self has even experimented with dual-big man lineups with Bidunga and Dickinson sharing the floor. He will be a key component of this KU roster down the stretch.

Diggy Coit: C-

2024-25 Stats: 3.5 PPG, 2.5 RPG, 2.3 APG, 0.5 SPG, 31.3% FG, 1.0 3PM, 40.0% 3PT, N/A FT

When a team puts a player who is generously listed at 5-foot-10 on the floor, he must contribute offensively. Coit simply hasn’t done that. Coach Self relegated him back to the second unit after they played UNC, and the shine has slightly worn off following a solid preseason. There’s still plenty of time for Coit to improve, but his minutes will soon be rivaled by a fellow bench guard who has yet to be mentioned.
