Coming off an ugly road loss to Utah, the Kansas basketball traveled elsewhere in the Beehive State to take on BYU in Provo. While the Cougars only entered as 2.5-point favorites, the game has gone how most Jayhawk fans expected.
BYU leads 46-26 at halftime, tallying 10 3-pointers in the first 20 minutes. KU’s defense has been outright terrible, with poor effort from just about everyone on the court.
The Kansas Jayhawks simply don't have it this season
It has been a disastrous stretch in conference play for the Jayhawks. They are about to drop to 8-7 in league play and have several tough games remaining on the schedule. There is a serious possibility that they finish .500 or worse at the end of the year.
Barring the best comeback in program history, Kansas will drop a consecutive game to a Utah school. It has become clear that this team simply doesn't have what it takes to compete at a high level.
If you wanna see why NIL is soon going to ruin college basketball look no further than Kansas basketball

AJ Storr and Rylan Griffen were buckets last year and then got a bag and transferred to Kansas. They r both averaging 6 PPG this season and look like they forgot how to hoop
