Kansas football fans are still in shock after yesterday’s 29-27 loss to K-State in the Sunflower Showdown. The Jayhawks had multiple opportunities to seal the game, but the offense kept shooting itself in the foot to hand the Wildcats a victory.
The losing streak extended to 16 years, and so did the disappointment in Lawrence. No matter the circumstance, the Jayhawks always find a way to lose against their in-state rival.
Kansas and college football fans were rightfully stunned by KU’s defeat. Check out some of the best postgame reactions on social media.
That fumble by JD6 is the most Kansas thing ever.

It has to be absolutely excruciating to be a Kansas fan after the last two football games these teams have played. Can't even imagine the pain.

Fire everyone. Leipold. OC. DC. Goff and everyone in the athletic administration.
Because it's institutional at this point. KU football has been embarrassing for the last 50 years, and nobody can or will do anything about it.
