3 players to watch during Kansas basketball's Late Night in the Phog scrimmage
Keep an eye out for these Jayhawk newcomers.
2. Flory Bidunga (C)
Bidunga might not have the most extensive role in the offense as a freshman, but his athleticism is off the charts. There is a good chance he matches up opposite Dickinson on the defensive end, meaning it could be the first time Kansas fans get to witness him match up against a college-style big man. That should be an exciting dynamic to watch.
It remains to be seen how the Congo native's game will translate to the next level. He is an undersized five who might see time at the four if he can space the floor. None of KU's players will be playing at full speed, but it should be a treat to watch Bidunga run the floor, send a few shots the other way, and potentially catch some lobs from his teammates.
