2021 Preseason No. 1: Gonzaga

Final Record: 28-4
NCAA Tournament Result: No. 1 Seed – Lost in Sweet 16

The second of back-to-back top preseason rankings for Gonzaga, but this one didn’t go as well as the year prior. While they dominated the regular season, losing just three games, they once again came up short in March.

While making the Sweet 16 is nothing to scoff at, it is certainly disappointing for the overall top seed. With how unpredictable the NCAA Tournament is, I would still say they had a good season.
