Kansas Football Game 4 vs. BYU Cougars
Welcome to the conference, BYU. This was the first conference game for BYU, and they got a taste of what Big 12 football was like here.
Kansas started off the game rather slow like usual and went into the half down 17-14. Kedon Slovis was lighting the Jayhawks secondary up for big gains all throughout the first half. The Kansas offense was not very good in the first half but got a tremendous boost from Cobee Bryant producing a fumble six on BYU’s first offensive possession.
The Kansas offense was great in the 2nd half of this game, and they leaned on the rushing attack to wear down the Cougars. Jalon Daniels started to really get in rhythm in the 3rd quarter and ended with three passing touchdowns on the day.
I predicted a 38-31 win over the Cougars and to start 4-0 in the preseason. Kansas football won 38-27 over BYU.
My Prediction: 38-31, Kansas wins
Actual Score: 38-27, Kansas wins
