TCU Horned Frogs (3-2, 1-1 Big 12) at Iowa State Cyclones (2-3, 1-1 Big 12)

Iowa State’s offense is probably the worst in the Big 12, posting just seven points against Ohio and 13 against Iowa. Their defense also hasn’t been as good as advertised, allowing 50 points to Oklahoma a week ago. TCU hasn’t necessarily blown teams out of the water, but I’m confident enough in Sonny Dykes to win.

This seems like one of those ugly Big 12 games where the better teams just slip by. I think Iowa State will be able to keep it close for the first three quarters, but TCU pulls away late.

Game Prediction: 23-10, TCU
