Kansas football: Confidence meter for remaining Jayhawks Big 12 games
Kansas Football at Cincinnati Bearcats (Nov. 25)
Cincinnati looked impressive during its first two games and received some publicity across the Big 12, but a terrible home loss to Miami Ohio dispelled any belief that they could compete at the top of the conference.
They fell to Oklahoma last week, and they were unable to muster up a touchdown against the Sooner defense. Statistically speaking, they can run the ball very well, but Emory Jones has not done enough through the air to make them a threat to other schools.
With this game being two months to the date this post was published, you might want to take this meter with a grain of salt. Coming into a hostile environment on the road in a game where a lot will probably be on the line won’t be difficult. However, KU is a much more talented team, and I think they’ll be able to steal one.
