4. Devin Neal is one of the most electric players in Kansas football history

Even in an off game, Devin Neal secured 148 scrimmage yards and three rushing touchdowns. He was running powerfully and making sharp cuts to juke out Nevada’s defense.

On the year, Neal has accumulated 303 rushing yards on a 7.6 average and six total touchdowns. He just surpassed 2,000 yards on the ground for his Kansas football career a week prior, and he is only three games through his junior year. Neal is unquestionably an NFL talent. I think he’ll be a Day 2 NFL Draft selection if he stays another year at school.

The last skill position player to have as big of an impact as Neal has had is probably KU legend Dezmon Briscoe. The effect he has on the Kansas football offense cannot be understated. He has been tremendous this year.
