Kansas Football Prediction No. 1: Jayhawks rack up over 350 rushing yards

Kansas has totaled 507 rushing yards during their 2-0 start, good for 253.5 per game. I think that against the weak Nevada front four, they will eclipse the 300-yard mark and potentially even 350.

This will be a lopsided affair, so the Jayhawks should be running the ball most of the second half. It seems inevitable that Devin Neal or Daniel Hishaw Jr. will break a long run at some point. They average a combined 8.7 yards per carry for the year, and that could reach double-digit numbers next time out.

Quarterbacks Jalon Daniels and Jason Bean are also capable of running the ball efficiently. Offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki loves to utilize them in his triple-option game. Those two alone might threaten the century mark with rushing yards if they can find a big hole.
