Kansas Football Cornerbacks

Cobee Bryant leads an otherwise weak cornerback group on the Jayhawks’ defense. He was a preseason All-Big 12 First Team selection and made a name for himself after running back the game-sealing interception against West Virginia a year ago.

Aside from him, Mello Dotson and Kalon Gervin have been on the field more than other defensive backs. Dotson is a returning starter who had a very strong showing in Week 2.

Kwinton Lassiter, Kwamie’s little brother, has also picked off passes in consecutive games. He has shown out in limited snaps and could steal some snaps from Gervin if he continues to do so.
