Arguably the best running back in the conference, Neal is showcasing to scouts why he should be an NFL player. The local product rushed for over 1,000 yards last season and is on pace to surpass his total from last year after consecutive strong performances. He is even making his presence felt as a receiver, as his seven receptions are tied for the second-most on the team.
