4. Dylan Harper
The brother of former Rutgers Scarlet Knight Ron Harper Jr., Dylan is looking to follow in his family’s footsteps as an elite college basketball player. A 6-foot-5, 180-pound combo guard, Harper is one of the best players in his class.
He is the best facilitator among all 2024 recruits and has an extremely refined game. Although Harper is not a prolific scorer, he can turn on the jets offensively if needed.
Duke and Rutgers have long been considered the favorites to land him, but Kansas has apparently given those schools a run for their money. He is a top-three player in his class who would be a huge pickup for Kansas basketball. I wouldn’t bank on Harper becoming a Jayhawk, but the possibility still lingers.
