Kansas basketball: Top 5 remaining recruiting priorities for Jayhawks

5. Billy Richmond

Richmond is an impressive wing who has been said to have tremendous defensive potential. He could be a solid pickup for the Jayhawks.

Richmond was initially thought to be visiting KU’s campus on Oct. 6, but that could fall through if another player commits. However, that date currently stands for the time being. If I had to make a prediction, Kansas will already have their Class of 2024 guard by then.

The Memphis-based shooting guard is considered a top-50 player in his class. Kansas has not prioritized him as they favor a few other guards in his class, but he could be a good fallback option if the program’s other plans fall through.
