Bill Self and the Kansas basketball program have been linked to several premier recruits in the 2024 class. What are the Jayhawks’ priorities in order?

Stealing big man Flory Bidunga away from Auburn and Duke was one of Bill Self’s most impressive recruiting jobs in recent history. After hosting a trio of top 15-ranked high schoolers this past weekend, the Kansas Jayhawks don’t seem to have any intentions of slowing down.

The 2023 class consists of Elmarko Jackson, Johnny Furphy, and Jamari McDowell, albeit with some quitters along the way. While those three put Kansas in the top 10 nationally in regards to strength of recruiting class, the Jayhawks could launch to the top 3 if they land one of their primary targets.

Although Kansas is expected to return Dajuan Harris, KJ Adams, and potentially Hunter Dickinson in the 2024-25 season, they still must put together a solid transfer and recruiting class to rank atop the Big 12 again.

Because of this, we ranked the top five biggest priorities for Kansas basketball in the Class of 2024.
