TCU Horned Frogs — 45-42 Loss vs Colorado

If you asked America, I bet most people would say that the game of the week was played in Fort Worth on Saturday. Unfortunately for TCU and the Big 12, the outcome was not in their favor. Coach Prime took his new-look Buffaloes on the road in their opening contest, and all they did was knock off the 17th-ranked Horned Frogs on their home field. Chandler Morris had an up-and-down day for TCU, with 309 total yards and three touchdowns, but two interceptions as well. Emani Bailey collected 164 yards on just 14 carries, and Trey Sanders found the endzone three times. However, it was the Colorado duo of Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter that stole the show. Sanders threw for a whopping 510 yards and four touchdowns, while Hunter caught 11 passes for 119 yards and had an interception as a cornerback.

Luckily for the Horned Frogs, they get a chance to rebound against Nicholls State next Saturday before starting conference play.
