BYU Cougars — 14-0 Win vs Sam Houston State

If you were looking for one of the ugliest games of the weekend, look no further than BYU versus Sam Houston State. With just 14 points scored and 442 total yards, this is one of those “feels like pulling teeth” games to watch. The Cougars got touchdowns on their opening drive and then 11 seconds into the fourth quarter. While it wasn’t pretty, it was enough to get the job done. Kedon Slovis had just 145 yards through the air but picked up both of the teams’ touchdowns on the ground. LJ Martin amassed 91 yards to lead the team.

BYU gets one more tune-up before competition gets stiff, as they host Southern Utah on Saturday.
