Grading the Defense
There probably won’t be many games where we give the defense a good grade. That’s the nature of Big 12 football.
I didn’t like how guys were throwing themselves at Missouri State players all game. Everything was a vicious shoulder tackle that was a clear attempt to force a fumble. Defenders were trying a bit too hard to make a big play.
Regardless of how they played, at least they aren’t Baylor allowing Texas State to score 42 points on them at home. We’ll receive more clarity on just how much this unit will struggle when they take on Illinois.
