6. KU’s wide receivers are vastly underappreciated

Luke Grimm missed the second half of last night’s game and much of the second quarter, yet the Kansas football receiving corps looked pretty good. The highlights of the night were a 52-yard grab by Lawrence Arnold and a 47-yard grab by Quentin Skinner. Contested catches were being made left and right, and Trevor Wilson made a fantastic toe-tap grab early in the fourth.

Kansas is known for its strong quarterback play, but the receivers deserve a ton of credit as well. They were arguably the second most powerful position group we witnessed on the team yesterday.
