If these Jayhawks step up to the plate tonight, Kansas football will cruise to victory vs. Missouri State.

After nine months of waiting for Kansas Jayhawks football, we will finally be able to see the team in action today against Missouri State.

It has been quite some time since a Kansas football season opener has garnered this much attention. Coming off the program’s first bowl appearance in more than a decade and a 5-0 start to the season last year, the Jayhawk fanbase has even stirred up excitement against an FCS school.

Although concerns about the defense remain, KU’s offense has the chance to be one of the best in the country. We should see some of that offensive firepower on display tonight.

For Kansas football to easily pull away in this bout, they will need several players to step up, and these four are the perfect men to do so.
