No. 4: Starters on the defensive line

Although the depth chart indicates Jereme Robinson and Hayden Hatcher will start off the edge for Kansas football, several players will be able to make an impression on D-line coach Jim Panagos. Losing Lonnie Phelps, Caleb Sampson, Sam Burt, and Malcolm Lee was a tremendous blow to the front seven, and a whole new group is stepping in to take that task on.

Expect to see Minnesota transfer Austin Booker or Auburn transfer Dylan Brooks playing on passing downs. On the inside, Devin Phillips and Gage Keys will be constants, while potential breakout candidate Tommy Dunn Jr., DJ Withers, and former starter Kenean Caldwell should also see the field.
