Bold Prediction No. 3: Kansas football will have its best offensive line since the Mark Mangino days

KU’s offensive line, which consists of multiple Preseason All-Big 12 selections, has high expectations heading into 2023. Mike Novitsky and Dominick Puni will lead a group that could be one of KU’s best in the past 15 years.

The O-line was decent last year, ranking right around the middle of the conference. But strength and conditioning coach Matt Gildersleeve has put these players in the best shape of their lives, and good things seem to be in store for this year. If they continue creating running gaps and protecting the quarterback, the offensive line can be a strong suit of this team.
