Right Guard — Michael Ford Jr.
This spot had come down to Spencer Lovell and Ford, but it seems like the latter has run away with the job. The incoming junior has started all but one game in the past two seasons and should be a valuable asset to Kansas football with his versatility.
Last year, Reed-Adams and Ford frequently split snaps at right guard. That could be the case between him and Lovell in 2023. However, Ford excels at both run and pass blocking, so it will be difficult for coaches to sub him out often.
