10. Cincinnati

The same year Cincinnati joined a new conference, they’ll be putting together a whole new football program. Scott Satterfield relocated from Louisville to coach the Bearcats, while the team returns just seven starters from last year.

Cincinnati lived in the transfer portal this offseason, bringing in Florida wide receiver transfer Xzavier Henderson. Additionally, Emory Jones is expected to start for them at the helm as he enters his sixth year of college football and third school. He enjoyed success at Florida and, most recently, with Arizona State.

A Bearcat roster from 2021 when they made the College Football Playoff might finish in the top five of this list, but that certainly is not the case right now. It is a rebuilding year for them as they look to hold their own in the Big 12, but I still believe they’ll steal a few home games.
