DT Gage Keys

A transfer from Minnesota, he is expected to open the season as the team’s leading run-stopper up the middle. The front seven is the biggest question heading into this year, so strong performances from Keys will go a long way.

He has received high praise from the coaching staff this offseason. Keys has put on 30 pounds of weight and is reportedly quicker than ever. Preseason chatter does not mean a player will immediately become a star, but things look encouraging for the redshirt junior.
