Lonnie Phelps — Cleveland Browns

After being snubbed from the NFL Draft this spring, Phelps signed an undrafted free-agent deal with the Browns. It goes without saying that most edge rushers would have a difficult time getting on the field on a team with Myles Garrett and Za’Darius Smith, let alone an unproven rookie.

Even so, the 2022 Kansas football sack leader could sneak onto the 53-man roster. He has reportedly had a strong NFL training camp and is making an impression on Cleveland scouts.
