Both Ayton and Jones were born in Nassau, Bahamas, and both could compete against Kansas today. The hyper-athletic forward was the 19th overall pick in 2021 and has appeared in 67 career games. Jones once played for KU’s Big 12 foe, Texas, so fans might know his name if they are not familiar with his position in the NBA.
