Kansas basketball and North Carolina will begin a home-and-home series in 2024. These are three reasons Jayhawks and Tar Heels fans should be excited.
Two of the most storied programs in college basketball will compete in Allen Fieldhouse next season. The Kansas Jayhawks and North Carolina Tar Heels scheduled a home-and-home series for Nov. 8, 2024, and Nov. 14, 2025.
Although the upcoming season has not even started yet, this announcement gives the Kansas faithful yet another reason to be excited about the program’s future. UNC was the preseason No. 1 in 2022-23, and KU will likely be the same when the Preseason AP Poll releases prior to the start of the year.
Both North Carolina and Kansas basketball have some of the richest traditions in the sport. It’ll be a battle of the blue bloods. And given the backstory between these two schools, fans should be extremely excited to hear about them playing.
